You’ve done it. You’ve planned the perfect group ski trip. You look forward to great days on the slopes and great evenings of devotionals and bonding with your youth group.

Excitement is building as the day of departure gets closer, but then the unthinkable happens. The flu sweeps through your group, and you’ve got a bunch of really sick kids on your hands. They’re in no condition to ride a bus for 12 hours to a high elevation and then ski for a few days.

Those sick kids also ponied up several hundred dollars for this trip. It’s too late for the resort to rebook the rooms. There’s no refund happening this late in the game.
